Description
- Tickseed can grow 2–4 ft. tall, 1-2 ft. wide
- Prefers full sun exposure, at least 6-8 hours. Can withstand partial shade, but the plants may be lankier and not flower as profusely.
- Tickseed soil prefers moist well-drained, loamy, or sandy soil with a fairly neutral to acidic soil pH.
- Bloom time begins in summer to fall, with red, orange, yellow, pink, and white flower color.
- Bees and butterflies are drawn to the colorful blooms.
