Join us for an afternoon filled with fun, community spirit, and friendly competition along the Rappahannock River. 2,000 rubber ducks will race downstream in a vibrant spectacle, cheered on by families, friends, and visitors from across the region.

Join us for Shiver by the River! Spend an evening by the river learning about the nocturnal natives that live along the Rappahannock. Our education team has put together activities and crafts to help demystify creatures others might find frightening. This event is perfect for children ages Pre-K through 4th grade. Please wear closed-toe shoes and bring a flashlight or headlamp! Adults must remain with their children at all times; drop-offs are not permitted. Registration is required. The event is Free, but donations are encouraged. Please register each person in your group and fill out THIS WAIVER before attending!
