Riverfest is Friends of the Rappahannock’s BIGGEST fundraiser of the year! This event helps keep FOR’s lights on, cars moving, staff working and mission running for the past 35 years. This event would not be possible without our amazing committee of volunteers who chair different roles and components of Riverfest.

Riverfest Sept 20th / 3-7pm / Next to City Dock 

For this year’s Riverfest we have a few committee positions open and are looking for some river lovers to help fill them! Each role can be filled my a singular person, a duo or team. It is really up to those interested in filling the role! Current openings include:

• Raffle Chair
• Silent Auction Chair
• Yeti Cooler Raffle Chair
• “Crab Wrangler” – Managing Crab Serving
