Riverfest is Friends of the Rappahannock’s LARGEST fundraiser of the year! We host 1,200 guests for crabs, drink, live music and amazing auction and raffle prizes. The money raised from this event helps us keep our lights on, cars running, and our mission for a healthy and scenic river alive! Approx. 200 volunteers make the event possible by supporting set up, the day of, and cleanup of the event.
Riverfest is Sept 19th, next to City Dock from 3pm-8pm
We are currently recruiting teams/groups/organizations who’d be interested in volunteering as a group the day of Riverfest. This is a GREAT way to get some team building in all-the-while supporting an amazing local cause. Interested? Email lis.heras@riverfriends.org

- Front Gate Check In
- Compost & Green Team
- Litter and Trash Crew
- Raffle Team
- Silent Auction Support
- Beer Servers
- Crab Servers
