Join us for a free Virginia Conservation Assistance Program (VCAP) presentation and rain barrel workshop!

Friends of the Rappahannock, in partnership with Tri-County/City SWCD, is hosting this event at the Porter Branch Library. You’ll learn about the VCAP program, how to set up a rain barrel, and how to purchase one for your home.

This event is free and open to the public. All you have to do is just show up, learn, and take home practical ways to protect our waterways!
