Join us at Friends of the Rappahannock for an afternoon of fun, hands-on educational opportunities for Preschoolers! (Target Age: 3 to 6 years old) The Wildlife Festival takes place all outside on our 17-acre nature preserve. Walk paths to six separate stations to learn about fish, squirrels, deer, birds, and nature.
We are following COVID-19 safety guidelines. Attendees will have their temperature monitored upon arrival. Attendees will wear masks and maintain social distancing to visit our six stations. Ten people at a time may visit each location. We must limit our total attendance to just 50 people, including adults.
We will open registration on a First Come First Serve basis to Head Start children and their parents. We will open registration to the general public a week before the event on March 13. When registering, you must reserve a ticket for each person attending.
