Wild & Scenic Litter Clean Up

Get excited for FOR’s 11th Annual Wild and Scenic Festival by join us out in downtown Fredericksburg to help clean up our community and preventing litter from reaching our river! Volunteers will meet River Steward, Adam Lynch, at Hurkamp Park to pick up a litter grabber, gloves and trash bags. From there volunteers will disperse to downtown and other parks walking distance away to pick up litter.

Bring you walking shoes and a friend and get your weekend started right on Sat. April 8th with FOR!

Volunteers younger than 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or signed waiver by a parent. All volunteers are required to sign a waiver the day of the clean up at the clean up site.
