To host this event, we need volunteers’ help! This is a great opportunity to be part of an important collaboration of Rappahannock River efforts, gain professional experience, and connect with environmental scientists, researchers, local government officials, educators, students, nonprofit organizations, and business owners who are invested in our river!
The Symposium will take place at The Woolen Mill (203 Ford Street, Fredericksburg, VA 22401) from 8:30am-5pm

You are more than welcome to (and encouraged:) to register for more than one role if you’d like. Volunteers the day of the symposium will get FREE lunch!
When: 3-5pm
What: Help unload supplies and set up projectors, tables, projector screens etc.
When: 10:30am-Noon
What: Support our amazing presenters by pulling up their presentations, being on standby for simple tech support, and keeping presentations on schedule.
When: 11:30pm - 1:30pm
What: Support FOR staff in setup and cleanup for lunch and help guide guests.
When: 12:45-2:30pm
What: Support our amazing presenters by pulling up their presentations, on standby for simple tech support, and keeping presentations on schedule.
When: 2:30pm-4pm
What: Support our amazing presenters by pulling up their presentations, on standby for simple tech support, and keeping presentations on schedule.
When: 4-5:30ish pm
What: Help clean up the venue, load supplies into FOR vehicles and potentially unload at the FOR office
