Morattico Paddle and Oyster Education

Join Friends of the Rappahannock, the Morattico Waterfront Museum and Steamboat Wharf Oyster Company for a Father’s Day paddle and oyster education event. We will kayak for 2 hours and learn about oyster aquaculture from the owners of Steamboat Wharf Oyster Company. The fabulous Morattico Waterfront Museum will be open for tours.

Bring lunch and a water bottle. Kayaks are available for those who need one. Feel free to bring your own boat and PFD. All participants must wear a PFD and have a signed waiver form to participate. Oysters will be available for purchase directly from Steamboat Wharf Oyster Company.
