Join us at the FOR’s Rappahannock Conservation Nursery this month! FOR’s restoration team is building and maintaining a native plant nursery and needs your help! You don’t need to stay the entire duration so just come when you can and leave when you want!
Volunteers 16 and under must have a guardian on site.
Please RSVP below and sign THIS waiver prior
Spend the some time potting bare root saplings, re-potting small native trees, fixing up beds, moving supplies or planting acorns to grow our native plant stock. This is a great opportunity to practice your plant ID, get outside and meet other folks interested in growing native species!
This work is outdoors at our tree nursery, so be sure to bring closed toed shoes and water. FOR will provide gloves, tools, and shade structures as needed.
