This is a brand new event based out of our office in the Northern Neck!
On this 8 mile paddle, we will travel from Simonson’s to Chinns Mill Pond, meandering with the currents from saltwater river to freshwater pond. We’ll pass by an old boat graveyard, a Great Blue Heron Rookery and maybe even see a Bald Eagle or Osprey! This is a demanding paddle and is not be for beginners. Canoes, paddles, and life jackets will be provided. Bring a bagged lunch and plenty of water. Minimum age is 10 years. Backup date: June 23.
