Saturday, April 24th, 2010 at Old Mill Park in Fredericksburg
Our River is a precious treasure, and we need to keep it healthy and beautiful. Come join us for a morning of picking up trash along the River and local streams in the Fredericksburg area. We will provide supplies, lunch, and entertainment for kids. Event is rain or shine.

9 AM - 10 AM: Register at Shelter D in Old Mill Park, receive site assignments, and pick up equipment
10 AM - 12 PM: Cleanup at assigned sites (directions to sites provided)
12 PM - 1 PM: Return with trash to Old Mill Park and drop off at dumpster. Enjoy lunch and activities!
What to bring:
Don't forget the following items:
- Weather appropriate clothing, including long pants and sturdy shoes or boots
- Pickup truck or trailor to haul trash back to Old Mill Park (we can make accomodation for some groups who do not have one)
- Event waiver for all participants (download from the link below)
- Essential medications, inhalers, epipins, etc.

- Trash bags
- Litter pickers
- Gloves
- Lunch
