The RiverCam is currently down with technical issues.  ANTS invaded our electrical connections! The repair parts are in and we are working to get it back up as soon as possible!   Thank You DOMINION VIRGINIA POWER for all your help with power supply and installation.

Location:  Rappahannock River in Fredericksburg, Virginia.  One half mile downstream from the former Embrey Dam site.  The RiverCam is on River Right (Fredericksburg side).

CONNECT to the RiverCam (then select "Single" in the tabbed screen)

This is a stitched panorama of the full area you can see on the webcam:

Thanks to the help of volunteers from Dominion Virginia Power, we now have the Rappahannock RIVERCAM web camera available to all on the web.  It's REMOTE CONTROLLED, so you can pan, tilt and digitally zoom.  It is located on the stretch of river flowing past our headquarters in Fredericksburg, Virginia.  Great for checking water levels, clarity, etc.  Slide up the volume slider, and listen to the water and the birds !
The RIVERCAM is part of the Rappahannock River Water Trail Orientation Center, funded by the Chesapeake Bay Gateways Network.
